Luau Drink Recipes: How to Mix Your Drinks Like a Pro
There are a few things you can have on hand for your luau drink recipes - for both adults and kids without spending too much:

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice for half a minute. Pour into a 16-oz glass and add a slice of lime, a pineapple spear and an orchid. Total prep time? Less than five minutes.

The Hyatt Regency in Waikiki has a Kona coffee punch which will soften the heart of even the most hardened guest.
Whip cream until stiff peaks form, gradually adding sugar and vanilla extract. Combine coffee, chocolate syrup and coffee liqueur.
Spoon ice cream into a large punch bowl and carefully pour in the chilled coffee mixture. Top with mounds of whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings and serve.
